Super-Audio Induction Hardening
Flat bed and box guideways undergo induction quenching to HRC 52+ hardness, followed by precision grinding and Turcite-B hand scraping.
Renishaw Dual-Laser Interferometry
Full-stroke linear pitch error and backlash verification across X, Y, and Z axes, compensating values directly in the CNC parameter memory.
Renishaw QC20-W Ballbar Circularity
Dynamic 360° circular interpolation test ensures perfect axis squareness, eliminating reverse spike errors on curved mold contours.
72-Hour Spindle Thermal Run-In
Continuous stepped-speed run-in testing with vibration spectrum monitored under 1.0 mm/s and thermal bearing rise kept below 15°C.
Actual Specimen Cutting Acceptance
Every machine performs live test cutting on steel or aluminum specimens, verified on an independent Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
