1. Scope & General Application
These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the Dongs Solution website (dongssolution.cn) and outline standard commercial terms applicable to machine inquiries, technical quotations, and international equipment contracts for CNC machining centers, slant bed turning centers, and horizontal lathes.
2. Technical Quotations & Validity
All formal proforma quotations issued by our export department via xiuc32860@gmail.com remain valid for 30 calendar days from issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotations include specified delivery terms (e.g. FOB Qingdao/Shanghai, CIF destination port, or DDP direct factory floor).
3. Equipment Specifications & Customization
Parameters, dimensions, and capacities published on this website (such as spindle speeds, axis travels, and rapid rates for VMC850, VMC650, TCK50, etc.) represent standardized factory configurations. Final binding specifications, optional accessories (e.g., Renishaw optical probes, 4th/5th axis rotary tables, oil mist extractors), and controller integrations (FANUC, Siemens, Syntec, GSK) are formally confirmed in the signed Sales Agreement and technical annex.
4. Quality Assurance & Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Prior to dispatch, every Dongs Solution machine tool undergoes a comprehensive 6-stage quality protocol including 72-hour spindle run-in, Renishaw dual-laser pitch error compensation, and QC20-W wireless ballbar circularity verification. Buyers or their designated third-party inspection agents (e.g. SGS, TÜV) are welcomed to inspect machines in person or via live HD video streaming before seaworthy packing.
5. Manufacturer Warranty & After-Sales
Dongs Solution provides a standard 12 to 24 months comprehensive warranty covering castings, precision linear guideways, ball screws, and spindle cartridges against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions. Critical electrical and controller components are supported through the respective controller manufacturer’s international service warranty. Air-freight replacement parts are dispatched within 24–48 hours for urgent technical support.
